By accessing our website or using any of BIIC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including students, guardians, and any other individuals who access our website or engage our consultancy services.

BIIC provides the following consultancy services:

• University admission guidance and application processing

• Student visa application assistance

• IELTS, TOEFL, and English proficiency coaching

• Scholarship search and application support

• Pre-departure orientation and guidance

• Post-arrival support coordination

Our role is to advise and assist. Final decisions on admissions, visas, and scholarships are made by the respective universities, embassies, and governing bodies. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

As a client, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information: All documents, academic records, and personal information submitted must be genuine and accurate. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.

Timely Communication: Respond promptly to our requests for information or documents. Delays on your part may affect application deadlines and outcomes.

Financial Obligations: Pay all agreed fees on time as per the service agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Compliance: Follow all instructions and guidance provided by our counselors. Comply with the rules and regulations of the target university and country.

Document Security: Safeguard your login credentials, application details, and other sensitive information shared during the consultancy process.

Service Fees: Our counseling and guidance services are provided free of charge for standard university applications. Additional premium services may incur fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Third-Party Fees: University application fees, visa fees, test registration fees, and other third-party charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy: If we are unable to provide the agreed services due to our fault, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changes in your personal circumstances or decision to withdraw

• Application rejections by universities or visa authorities

• Failure to meet deadlines due to client delay

• Third-party fees already paid on your behalf

BIIC acts as a consultancy and advisory service. We are not responsible for:

• Decisions made by universities regarding admissions or scholarships

• Visa decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities

• Changes in university policies, tuition fees, or entry requirements

• Delays caused by third parties (postal services, government agencies, etc.)

• Loss of documents during transit to third parties

• Technical issues with university application portals or third-party websites

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to BIIC for the specific service in question.

All content on the BIIC website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BIIC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission

• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks for any commercial purpose

• Scrape, copy, or extract data from our website using automated tools

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

• Impersonate another person or entity

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Personal and academic information shared during the consultancy process

• Internal processes, strategies, and business information

• Communication between BIIC and the client

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of our service agreement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. BIIC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

• The client provides false or fraudulent documents

• The client engages in abusive behavior towards our staff

• The client fails to meet financial obligations

• Continuing the service would violate any law or regulation

Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable, and documents will be returned to the client.

In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or our services:

Step 1: Both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation within 30 days.

Step 2: If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to mediation by a mutually agreed mediator.

Step 3: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of Bangladesh.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

BIIC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
